We want you to feel empowered and beautiful in your Honey Birdette pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain items including hosiery and adhesive products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
